Payment is made online using a credit or debit card.

All GRP items are hand made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

We will notify you by email or text message when your order is ready to be dispatched.

Campervan bathroom pods are dispatched on a timber stillage, and they are delivered through the UPN pallet network.

Please check item on arrival for any transport damage. If the item is damaged do not accept and refuse delivery.

Lamplas cannot be held responsible for transport damage if you have accepted delivery and signed received in good order.

All other items are dispatched via Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

Unfortunately we cannot supply bathroom pods and accessories outside of mainland UK.
